Where is Your Soul From?
Exploring the Universe through your own knowing.
In this workshop we'll spend some time in meditation exploring our essence, that deeper aspect of self that moves through time and space, even as our form changes. Is it possible our soul has a home, has an origin? If so, how does this impact how we see our time here on Earth as a human being? Can we deepen into this aspect of self to illuminate our human experience further? As always, we'll begin class with a guided energy balancing practice and grounding meditation. Then we'll discuss and meditate on these questions and more.
