The Energetic Joy of Nature
Syncopating with the sky, land & sea for vibrancy.
In this Nurturing Intuition space, we've often discussed the impact of sensing into our own inner landscape to strengthen and fortify our inner world, but in this upcoming workshop we'll explore the pure joy nature can infuse into our daily experience. We'll explore the elemental quality of the land and how it may pulse through our bodies, altering and amplifying a state of wellness. We'll discuss various qualities of the natural world and how we may open to nature's gifts more and more every day of our lives. This class will offer discussion points and guided meditation practices to work with these elemental qualities.
