Intuitive Decision-Making
We'll gather for a guided energy balancing practice, grounding meditation, and discussion about listening to our intuition when making choices. As we welcome a new year, how do we make choices that align with our soul's truest calling? What does this look like in the day-to-day? How do we align with ourselves, and also the highest good of all? We'll explore this topic and practice listening to our bodies for information and guidance.
