Other Lives Lived May Illuminate Our Path
In this workshop we'll discuss the potential relevance of past lives and future lives we may live. How may remembering help to work through difficulties we face in our current lifetime? How may others lifetimes reveal something about who we are today? Through guided meditation, we'll explore this space through our own inner worlds and see what's possible. As always, we'll begin class with a guided energy balancing practice and grounding meditation. When doing deep work, it is often helpful to create a place of balance and sanctity within before diving deep.
