Clearing spaces, objects & energetic fields
Cleaning, clearing and dusting out the cobwebs is a right of passage during springtime. A time when we create space for new growth in our lives as the natural world comes alive all around us. This workshop will focus on energetic maintenance of our bodies, spaces, and some more conceptual clearing as well. We'll discuss how we can begin to shift a quality of being, or create energetic movement in a location or period of time.
Clearing energy has many benefits. Clearing practices have the potential to support our systems and lives into balance. For example, if you're particularly interested in developing clarity in decision-making, clearing energy can be supportive to intuitive clarity.
