Energy practice is about coming into connection with the more elusive parts of yourself, your spirit and your soul. We explore how the human self meets the spirit self from a place of groundedness. We will explore calming practices and ways to expand intuition with safety in mind. In this place of safety, in the moments of surrender, everyday magic can arise. You’re invited to discover the magic that lives all around you.
